At the moment we provide two shipping methods: Registered Air mail and EMS.
The order processing time is 24 hours after we recieve your phone confirmation (Our support team will call you after you have placed your order). All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
Before choosing a shipping method, you should know that it shall take longer to receive parcels sent by Air mail; however, it usually clears customs faster and with fewer problems. Parcels sent via EMS will more likely be searched and therefore held up in customs. We do not hold any responsibility for customs fees and VAT taxes.

EMS parcels may be sent to 190 countries around the world. If you choose EMS delivery you will be provided with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your order online. EMS delivery time is a maximum of 14 days + order processing time.
The cost may vary depending on the country, however for most countries the delivery fees are as follows: USD 25 per package. We will provide you a tracking number, that will start working in 4 business days. If your tracking id doesn't start working in 4 business days we will make a free reshipment.

The Air mail delivery time is 14-20 days + order processing time in case you have your tracking id and 21-28 days + processing time if you have no tracking id. The cost of Air mail delivery is USD 11. We are not able to change your delivery time and to give you tracking id, it doesn't depend on us, sorry. Tracking number starts working only when you have received your package, generally it is provided for us to make sure you have received your order. If you didn't receive your package within 28 days we will reship your order for free.

Due to the FDA regulations, we cannot exchange or refund prescription medications. Please read carefully the information about the drug and consult your doctor prior to buying it. Please do not buy it if you have any doubts and need more information. Make sure to contact us before you submit your order to get more details.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so providing your order has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order you should send us an e-mail message and provide a reason for cancellation. If the order has been already shipped we cannot accept order cancellation.
