Plendil Drug Uses
Plendil is used for treatment of high blood pressure, alone or with other medications. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor, which may not be listed in the professional package insert.
How Plendil Taken
Use Plendil as directed by your doctor. Take Plendil with a light meal or without food. Avoid drinking grapefruit juice while taking Plendil . Do not to crush or chew tablets. Swallow them whole.
Warnings/Precautions
Before taking Plendil , tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if you have allergies to medicines, if you are allergic to any ingredient in Plendil , if you have heart problems, breathing problems, or a slow heartbeat, have a history of low blood pressure, if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breast–feeding. If you plan on becoming pregnant, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using Plendil during pregnancy. It is unknown if this drug is excreted in breast milk. Do not breast–feed while taking Plendil . Some medicines may interact with Plendil . Therefore tell your doctor of all prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement that you are taking. While you are using Plendil , brush and floss your teeth carefully. Also, have regular dental checkups. Use Plendil with extreme caution in children. Safety and effectiveness have not been confirmed.
Plendil Missed Dose
If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember. However if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the

are- Diarrhea, dizziness, flushing, headache, mild swelling of gums, nausea, and weakness. Contact your doctor if any of these or other side effects occur. If you experience any of the following serious side effects, you should seek medical attention immediately- Severe allergic reactions (rash, hives, difficulty breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue), breathing problems, chest pain, enlarged breasts in men, fast or irregular heartbeat, heart problems, impotence, lightheadedness and fainting, swelling of the ankles or hands.Plendil Storage
Store Plendil at 77 °F (25 °C), excursions permitted to 59 to 86 °F (15 to 30 °C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Plendil out of the reach of children.
Plendil Overdose
If overdose is suspected seek medical attention immediately. Some of the symptoms of Plendil overdose are- confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, slowed or irregular heartbeat, weakness, slurred speech.

Plendil may cause dizziness or lightheadedness. These effects may worsen if Plendil is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Use Plendil with caution.
